An elephant from the old kingdom of SIAM, just as you would imagine him standing in front of the palaces of AYUTTHAYA. The ROYAL CHANG Lock shows a powerful elephant head with a raised forehead and the characteristic bumps of Asian elephants. The skin is deeply structured and the patinated surface of the solid 925 sterling silver brings out every fold and detail, as if this elephant had been guarding a royal court for many years.

The long, slim tusks form the bright focal point of the design. There are three versions. In the TwoTone variants both tusks are made from solid 18K yellow gold or 18K rose gold and clearly stand out against the darker silver. In the TRIPLETOWN version ROYAL CHANG carries one tusk in 18K yellow gold and one in 18K rose gold, capturing the tension between two royal houses in a single Lock.

The Lock mechanism is fully integrated into the anatomy of the elephant. On the back of the head a curved bar forms the permanent upper loop that stays connected to your bracelet. At the front the trunk swings back to the lower lip and creates a second, closed loop. This is where the free end of your bracelet is attached. The result is a secure, closed Lock that from the front simply appears as a majestic elephant head and hides its mechanism almost completely inside the silhouette.

In all TwoTone and TRIPLETOWN versions of this Lock, the gold elements are made from solid 18K yellow gold or 18K rose gold, and no plating is used.
